Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and self-directed digital video creator to produce a continuous stream of engaging, short-form content across digital platforms. This consultant will take the lead in pitching and producing videos that reflect our brand voice, explore cultural and creative trends, and bring our mission to life through bold, digital-native storytelling.
This role is grounded in creative ideation and production. Working closely with the Director, Creative & Communications, the consultant will help shape how we show up visually across digital touchpoints, from campaigns and ads to experimental content and brand storytelling.
Deliver a steady stream of fresh, concept-driven short-form video content, primarily for online advertising, that aligns with our brand identity and digital engagement goals.
Take creative initiative in proposing and producing ad content—not based on assigned scripts, but on trends, opportunities, and original thinking.
Reimagine existing assets and campaigns in compelling visual formats tailored to today’s fast-moving digital environment.
Create content that can be used across multiple channels, including our website, video platforms, campaigns, and paid media—not just social.
Consultancy Scope of Work
Main Objectives
Act as a creative engine, independently generating and producing short-form ad video content for brand-led digital storytelling.
Pitch original content ideas and formats aligned with brand and campaign strategy, not constrained by social media timelines or toolkits.
Collaborate directly with the Director, Creative & Communications to align on strategy and tone.
Produce high-quality, trend-aware video assets adaptable for multiple digital contexts: websites, ads, YouTube, digital campaigns, and (where relevant) social.
Activities
Propose 1–2 creative content themes or series monthly (e.g., mini brand campaigns, visual formats, evergreen content).
Produce 6–10 short videos/ads per month (15–90 seconds each) with a strong call to action, from ideation through final delivery.
Remix existing brand and campaign assets into digital-native videos with motion graphics, dynamic text, and sound design.
Keep track of emerging digital trends in video production and storytelling and translate them into content proposals.
Join biweekly check-ins to review work and align with brand/communications strategy.
Deliverables

Applicants must provide all requisite information under this RFP and clearly and concisely respond to all points set out in this RFP. Any proposal, which does not fully and comprehensively address this RFP, may be rejected.
Proposals and/or any additional information received after the submission time and date are subject to rejection by RA.
Incomplete proposals may be rejected by RA at its discretion.
RA reserves the right to request additional information at any time during the procurement process.
RA is at liberty to make multiple or no selections as part of the proposal process. RA also reserves the right to cancel the procurement.
All proposal costs shall be borne by the applicant and will not be reimbursed by RA.
It is the responsibility of every bidder to identify any information of a confidential or proprietary nature contained in its proposal so that it may be handled accordingly. However, RA cannot guarantee confidentiality.

Interested consultants or consultant firms should submit their proposal including the following:
Statutory Requirements: Upon request, the consultant should supply all required legal documents as may be required by RA and/or local law, e.g. work permit, bank details, registration details, tax documents etc. When opportunity is restricted to a specific location, only candidates authorized to work in the location will be considered.
Technical proposal requirements:
A short bio and CV Tell us who you are, your experience, and what kind of video work you do. We will only consider solo candidates, not teams.
Examples of past work Include links to video projects you’ve made—especially anything related to brands, causes, or social content.
References Share contact details (name, email, phone) for two recent clients or collaborators we can speak to.
